Check Scout Essentials
Before leaving home, scouts and adults need to ensure they have adequate clothing and sleep gear that is lightweight, compact and quick drying. Everyone must be prepared for weather conditions ranging from hot/sunny to cold/rainy (hypothermia) conditions. If you are not sure what to bring or unable to outfit yourself, ask your leaders for assistance (Don't wait until the last minute.) If you come unprepared, you will be asked to go home (Safety is our first priority.)
